The banquet staff was phenomenal in helping me get my venue booked for my promotion ceremony. They set up the room exactly like I hoped they would and were there to help me with some additional ideas we had. The staff at Packy's did a perfect job of preparing our food and having it ready right when we got out of the ceremony, even though I estimated the wrong time. I could not have asked for a better experience for my promotion ceremony. I'm very appreciative of all the support I received!
